« Celui qui demande au monde en mariage, [doit savoir que] le monde ne serait pas satisfait (de lui) jusqu'à  ce qu’il abandonne son Dîn comme dot. »

Il a été rapporté par Faddaalah ibn ‘Oubayd (qu’Allah soit satisfait de lui) qu’il a dit :

« Le Messager d’Allah (paix et bénédictions d’Allah soient en lui) entendit un homme faire dou’aa’ dans sa prière sans glorifier Allah ou envoyer les bénédictions sur le Prophète (paix et bénédictions d’Allah soient en lui). Le Messager d’Allah (paix et bénédictions soient en lui) a dit : "Cet homme est pressé." Il l’a appelé et lui a dit ou à quelqu’un d’autre : "Quand l’un d’entre vous fait dou’aa’, qu’il commence par glorifier son Seigneur et le louer. Ensuite, qu’il envoie bénédictions envers le Prophète (paix et bénédictions d’Allah soient en lui). Puis, qu’il prie pour tout ce qu’il veut." »

It is narrated from Faddaalah ibn ‘Ubayd (may Allaah be pleased with him) who said:

“The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) heard a man making du’aa’ in his prayer without glorifying Allaah or sending blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, ‘This man is in a hurry.’ He called him and said to him or to someone else, ‘When anyone of you makes du’aa’, let him start by glorifying his Lord and praising Him, then let him send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), then let him pray for whatever he wants.’”

Imam Al-Awzā'ī qu'Allah lui fasse miséricorde a dit: « Soyez patients avec la pratique de la Sounnah, et arrêtez là où les gens (avant vous) ont arrêté, dites ce qu'ils ont dit, évitez ce qu'ils ont évité, et suivez la voie des pieux prédécesseurs, car ce qui était suffisant pour eux sera suffisant pour vous. »

Imam Al-Awzā'ī may Allāh have mercy on him said: “Be patient with practicing the Sunnāh, and stop where the people (before you) stopped, say as they said, avoid what they avoided, and follow the path of your right­eous predecessors, because that which was sufficient for them will be sufficient to you.”

FAIRE LE HAJJ À LA PLACE DE QUELQU'UN | PERFORMING HAJJ ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE

‘Abdoullah Bin ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) dit :

« Étant en croupe derrière le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ), al-Fadl [vit] arriver une femme de Khath‘am. Il se mit à la regarder et elle de faire de même. Quant au Prophète (ﷺ), il détourna le visage d’al-Fadl de l’autre côté. La femme dit alors : "O Messager d’Allah! L’obligation du pèlerinage (Hajj) prescrite par Allah à Ses adorateurs est fixée alors que mon père est un vieillard d’un âge avancé; il ne peut se tenir sur une monture. Puis-je faire le pèlerinage à sa place? – Oui, répondit le Prophète." Cela eut lieu lors du pèlerinage de l’Adieu (Hajj al-Wida du Prophète ﷺ). »

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Abbas:

Al-Fadl was riding behind Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and a woman from the tribe of Khath'am came and Al-Fadl started looking at her and she started looking at him. The Prophet (ﷺ) turned Al-Fadl's face to the other side. The woman said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! The obligation of Hajj enjoined by Allah on His devotees has become due on my father and he is old and weak, and he cannot sit firm on the Mount; may I perform Hajj on his behalf?" The Prophet (ﷺ) replied, "Yes, you may." That happened during the Hajj-al-Wida (of the Prophet (ﷺ) ).

La maison dans laquelle le Qur'an est récité | The House in which the Qur'an is Recited

Il a été rapporté que ‘Abdoullah bin Mas’oud – qu’Allah soit satisfait de lui – a dit :

"La maison dans laquelle le Qur’an n’est pas récité est comme une maison abandonnée (dans une très pauvre condition à cause la désuétude et la négligence) qui n’a personne pour la maintenir."

Il a aussi été rapporté qu’il a dit :

"En vérité, les plus vides des maisons sont celles qui sont vides du Livre d’Allah."

Il a été rapporté qu’Abou Hourayrah – qu’Allah soit satisfait de lui – disait à propos de la maison dans laquelle le Qur’an est récité :

"Elle devient spacieuse pour ses habitants, le bien de celle-ci devient abondant, les anges viennent à elle et les démons la quittent. Et la maison, dans laquelle le Qur’an n’est pas récité, devient serrée pour ses habitants, a peu de bonté à l’intérieur et les démons viennent à elle."

It is reported that ‘Abdullâh b. Mas’ûd – Allâh be pleased with him – said:

"The house in which the Qur’ân is not recited is like a derelict (in a very poor condition as a result of disuse and neglect) house that has no one to maintain it."

It is also reported that he said:

"Verily the emptiest of houses are those that are empty of the Book of Allâh."

It is reported that Abû Hurayrah – Allâh be pleased with him – used to say about the house in which the Qur’ân is recited:

"It becomes spacious for its inhabitants, the good of it becomes plentiful, the angels come to it and the devils leave it. And the house in which the Qur’ân is not recited becomes cramped for its inhabitants, has little good in it, and the devils come to it."
