L'Imâm Shams ad-Dîn Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah al-Hanbalî رحمه الله (m.751H):
كن فى الدنيا كالنحلة إن أكلت أكلت طيبا وإن أطعمت أطعمت طيبا وإن سقطت على شيء لم تكسره ولم تخدشه
« Soyez dans ce monde comme une abeille, lorsqu'elle se nourrit, elle se nourrit de ce qui est pur (c.-à-d. le nectar); lorsqu'elle nourrit, elle nourrit avec ce qui est pure (c.-à-d. le miel). Et lorsqu'elle atterit, elle ne casse pas et ne cause pas de destruction. »
