Changer un mal | Change an Evil

[Français]

Abu Sa'îd a dit:

[An-Nasa'i 5008; Sahih Muslim 49]

-----------------------

[English]

Abu Sa'eed said:

"I heard the Messenger of Allah [ﷺ] say: 'Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart- and that is the weakest of Faith.'"

[An-Nasa'i 5008; Sahih Muslim 49]

Dites le Salam quand vous entrez dans vos maisons | Say the Salam When Entering Your Homes

[Français]

[Abu Dawud, Adab al-Mufrad, Targhib, Sahih]

Remarque : Pour une maison vide :

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[English]

Abu Umama reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, Allah is responsible for (the protection of) three:

if they live, they will have enough (of rizq), and if they die, they will enter the Garden. Allah Almighty is responsible for whoever enters his house , saying 'Peace'(salaam). Allah is responsible for whoever goes out to the mosque. Allah is responsible for whoever goes out in the Way of Allah."

[Ref: Abu dawood, adab al-mufrad, targheeb, saheeh]

Note: for an empty house :

Al-Qurtubi said: The more correct view is to say that this is general and applies to everyone who enters a house. If there is a Muslim person in the house he should say “Al-salaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmat-Allaahi wa barakaatuhu (peace be upon you, and the mercy of Allaah, and His blessings).” If there is no one there, he should say, “Al-salaamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibaad-Illaah il-saaliheen (peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allaah).” If there is someone in the house who is not a Muslim, he should say, “Al-salaam ‘ala man ittaba’a al-huda (peace be upon those who follow true guidance)” or “Al-salaamu ‘alayna wa ‘ala ‘ibaad-Illaah il-saaliheen (peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allaah).”

- This is based on the hadeeth in adab al-Mufrad via Ibn `Umar and also in Muwatta Malik
